The mothers warned that there are symptoms on the child that confirm heat stroke, as you must pay close attention to them to prevent complications, announcing that the child shows a high temperature symptom, as he gets a fever and temperatures must be measured regularly to follow up.
Regarding the other symptoms that appear on the young child confirming heat stroke, the consultant of pediatrics and neonatology confirmed that the child is exposed to redness and sweating, as fermentation appears on the skin, and the child develops dry skin, in addition to sweating severe.
Dr. Youmna Shaheen said that a child with heat stroke shows symptoms, which are rapid pulse, rapid breathing and approaches, with a feeling of dizziness and nausea.
She added that the child suffers and develops a disorder of consciousness, so if symptoms appear, the child must go to the nearest hospital for examination and follow-up.
Tips to avoid heat stroke for children
- Loose, cotton and light-colored clothing should be worn during sun exposure.
- You must wear a hat to protect from the sun.
- Drink enough fluids during the day.
- Avoid exposure to sunlight for a long time.
- Do not leave the child in the car for a period of time alone.
- Make sure to take some antibiotics and antihistamines after the doctor prescribes the most appropriate treatment.
